Folder context menu is difficult to open due to event interception by files

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to list mode, or compact mode, in a filled folder
2. Try to create a file, or open the folder properties through the context menu, the files intercept the click and it is very difficult to do

Possible solution to the problem

Some programs, when contextually clicking on a file, still show some items related to the directory.

How about a setting in Thunar that will allow you to display folder items when you click on a file?

I think the items that should be displayed when you click on a file:

• Create file
• Create a directory
• Custom actions for directory
