(Feature Request) GUI to Control Keyboard Shortcuts for Folders Listed in Accels.scm

Since GTK3+ removed editable accelerators, we're stuck having to manually edit the ~/.config/Thunar/accels.scm file if we want to assign keyboard shortcuts to our bookmarked folders in Thunar's side menu. It would be nice to have some kind of GUI that lists these folders, lets you record a keyboard shortcut for each one, and then updates accels.scm accordingly. Something akin to the Keyboard -> Application Shortcuts dialog would be perfect!
