Drag & Drop Doesn't Work In Hyprland - Moves Instead

Thunar 4.20.3 CachyOS Hyprland 0.49

Steps to reproduce

1. Hold left click on a file
2. Begin to drag it
3. Next release left click to drop

Current behavior

Drag and drop is moving instead of copying

Expected outcome

I expected drag and drop would copy instead of moving

I hope this can be made to work soon, I really need this ability to drag and drop.
