Firefox a very uncomfortable window save file

I don't even understand what it's called.
it is impossible to return to the catalog item below if you have selected one directory up, without editing the name. We have to start over. And firefox doesn't always remember the last directory or remembers the wrong directory.
suggests some kind of its own name when renaming, constantly falling out of the list into the file name, because it was incorrectly named many times or saved in the wrong place and had to be corrected.
previously, if you pressed up on the keyboard in this window, the path jumped to no place at all - now it seems to have passed. (couldn't repeat it)
in the file selection window, it is not even possible to change the file name before sending the file. and in fact, it's impossible to do a lot of things with the file.
plus, other browsers have the same window, only opera has a bit of contrast.
Expected outcome
to open some other more convenient save window, such as thunar or another...
so that you can move the page in the browser and scroll, copy text, etc., when the file saving window is open.
