Renaming folders causes two folders with same name until refreshed

Not sure what was causing this yet, but just wanted to mention for users/developers to keep an eye out for this.

I noticed this happening a couple times where I would go to rename a folder (in a folder that contains multiple folders) and all of a sudden there would be two folders that would get the same name after the renaming was completed. Not sure if the double naming visually would apply after the newly named folder (with changed beginning letter that causes resorting to occur) resorts alphabetically. After the sorting, the two items with the same names would be stacked one above the other.
This would go away after F5 refresh was applied.
Just something to look out for
