Add ability to cycle through tabs using mouse scroll wheel

Suggesting to add the ability to cycle through tabs in main GUI (above file pane) when use mouse scroll wheel when mouse cursor is in tab bar.
Mouse scroll down = go to next tab to the right
Mouse scroll up = go to next tab to the left

XFCE Terminal already offers this feature for tabs in its GUI.
Maybe the code could be used to add this to Thunar as well.
