Keyboard shortcuts randomly get reset to default values

Thunar 4.18.4 Debian 12

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Thunar
2. Clear "Delete" shortcut in Edit->Preferences->Shortcuts
3. Restart computer

Current behavior

Shortcut (randomly, not after every reboot) gets restored to default, which for "Delete" command is Delete key

Expected outcome

I want Thunar not to reset Shortcuts
