Add 'Compact Layout' toggle to icon view

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Thunar File manager
2. Open a folder containing many items
3. Change to icon view, and there is additional unnecessary spacing between columns

Current behavior

There is unnecessary spacing between the columns of icons

Expected outcome

The spacing between the columns of icons should be reduced to minimum necessary to the longest single word in a file name
