Arrange Items By Name Doesn't Work Correctly with Korean

Steps to reproduce

1. Create Files with the following names

마린1

마린2

군인1

군인2

2. Make sure Thunar is set to Arrange Items > By Name

Current behaviour

Files will be ordered as

마린1

군인1

마린2

군인2

Expected outcome

Files should be ordered as 마린 1,2... and 군인 1,2...

Additional information

This isn't just limited to these filenames, I just pulled this as a quick example.
