Search tool deleted items in search results remain in list

I noticed that when you do a search and you delete an item from the search results, that item still remains in the search results. Was wondering if there was any way to remove / no longer show the deleted items in the search results.

This issue can probably be closed, because I don't think there is a way to correct this. It is probably more of a refresh issue, but just wanted to mention.
