Errors on move or copy of broken symlink on remote

Create a symlink to a non-existent file, on a remote.

Now, on copy the symlink to the same remote I get No such file or directory error.

On move or copy the symlink to the local I get Error setting modification or access time. No such file or directory error.

(BTW, LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 Thunar on both. And yes, exactly "copy" and "move or copy", respectively.)

Thunar 4.18.10, Calculate Linux (Gentoo-based).

Thanks for reporting, I can as well reproduce on current master(d7b4c411)

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to some remote folder via thunar (e.g. sftp://user@localhost/home )
• open a terminal
• ln -s brokenlinktarget brokenlink
• F5 to see the symlink
• STRG+C, STRG+V on the symlink

I don't have time to look into it, though a fix would be welcome!

I think it tries to manipulate (on some step) the destination instead of the symlink itself...

Reproduced in Thunar 4.20.1.

Please stop bumping issues like that!!

Of course, it is still reproducible. As you clearly see on the issue, nobody worked on it. So instead of wasting my time, and the time of everybody subscribed by generating email spam, how about you work on a fix?

I reproduce issues once at 2-years release cycle. If it's undesired... Sorry, we live in different worlds.
