Dont steal focus when the ask rename/replace/skip dialog is raised during file-transfer

When I do large file copies or extract multiple files I want an option to disable the file dialog for duplicate files to take focus. It is incredibly frustrating when I'm coding or working on a document and a file dialog pops up just at the moment when I press return. This messes up the copy/extract process, and I have to do some extra manual work to fix it.

I would love to see an option in the preference menu to disable the focus of popup dialogues. Not sure if that is possible; but it would be a very nice thing to have!
