Location and Link Target tooltip in Properties

The Properties window contains location of the file/folder (and a symlink target where applicable). If a path doesn't fit into the window it is abbreviated. The only way to see the full path then is to enlarge the Properties window which might not be possible in some cases (low-res screens, etc.). The issue could be solved with a simple mouseover tooltip that displayed the full Location and/or Link Target path, in multiple lines with line breaking when necessary.
