Properties dialog - Label 'content' always shows one item too much.

This happens with thunar-4.18.4. Don't know if this has been fixed with 4.18.6 but there seems to be nothing in the release notes and the the changes also indicate no fix in that regard..

Will attach screenshots for illustration. The Folder test1 contains 3 subfolders and two files, the folder test2 contains 2 subfolders.

The image test1+2.png shows the properties of both folders - "9 elements (2 Files, 6 Folders)" but actually it should say "9 elements (2 Files, 7 Folders)"

The image test1.png shows the properties of folder 1 - "6 elements (2 Files, 3 Folders)" but actually it should say "6 elements (2 Files, 4 Folders)"

The image test2.png shows the properties of folder 2 - "3 elements (0 Files, 2 Folders)" but actually it should say "3 elements (0 Files, 3 Folders)"
