Enhancement: Paste clipboard contents

A feature useful for developers:

To be able to create a text file directly by typing ctrl+V in Thunar : if there is text content in the clipboard, a small dialog appears to ask for the filename. This replaces the sequence of actions: "create new file/choose type/open the file in a text editor/paste it/save it".

(This is actually a behavior I saw in Dolphin)
