Integration of network drives is too cumbersome
Hello!
I tried to mount network drives under "Places" so that they are permanently mounted.
Only after several attempts I succeeded. For each of these drives I had to search the network, then set a bookmark ( what a bookmark has to do with a network drive is still not clear to me ) and then adjust it ( rename ) so that it is more readable.
How to do it much easier is shown by Dolphin.
- browse network.
- click on shared folders ( SMB ).
- click on openmedia-001 - SMB/CIFS in my case
- mark all selected folders and add them with "Add to Places".
- the new locations are shortened and displayed legibly.
Here nothing must be reworked, everything is clear and simple in the handling. Also the repeated searching of the network drives is omitted, which accelerates the whole.
Here can be reworked still clearly, so that it becomes simpler and substantially more comfortable.
Otherwise you are on a good way.
