thunar does not interpret Ipv6 addresses correctly

Connecting to a remote machine via sftp://[xxxx::yyy]/dir/ does result in

Error: Could not open "filesystem". Connection failed [1]

using private address fd05::22

or

Error: Could not open "filesystem". Servername unknown [1]

using public address xxxx::yy:zz

System seems to be prepaired functional, as nemo does connect above addresses without issues.
