Enhancement: Add option to ask whether to run executable script or open in default application

Currently Thunar (and xfdesktop) can run script without asking or open default application (depends on settings). The new idea is to add option to ask whether to run script, run in terminal, open it or cancel. It's just what e.g. MATE desktop has.
