Implement keyboard sortcut to switch between panes in split view

It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut to split between split view panes.

Trying to switch with tab has a small issue: If the left pane is focused one can switch to the right one with one [tab] press, however if the right one is focused one has to press [shift]+[tab] twice (or even three times if there are multiple tabs in list view) to reach the left pane because focus will first jump to the list column header, then the tabs list, and only then the left pane.
