After waking up, Window Buttons don't show windows on non-primary monitor, when set to not "show windows from all monitors"
The setup is two screens, DP-0:left DP-1:right, each with their own panel. Output on panels is set to "Automatic". The window button plugin of the monitor to the right, doesn't recognize that there are windows in that screen after waking up. This issue has existed for at least 2 years.
Moving the window updates the list and add that specific window to be seen in the panel, so it has to be done one by one on all windows. Opening a window on the right screen also correctly shows that new window but doesn't update the entire list.
Switching workspaces doesn't fix the issue. Moving windows between workplaces don't fix the issue. Removing or moving the panel doesn't fix the issue. Removing and re-adding the "Window Buttons" item doesn't fix the issue. The panel of the left monitor (DP-0) always have the correct list of windows on that are on that screen. Changing the option to show window from all monitors correctly show them on all panels.
My assumption here is that when waking up, the windows that are not on the primary screen/left are put on a position that doesn't correspond to any monitor in the layout.
System is Debian testing/sid, Xfce 4.20, GTK 3.24.50.
