Add ability to move windows between monitors by right clicking the entry in the window list

Cinnamon has a window list applet that lets users move windows between monitors by right clicking on it in the window list.

xfce currently has functionality like this that allows users to move windows between workspaces,

but not between monitors on the current workspace. Would it at all be possible to add the option to have something similar but to move between monitors instead? My personal use case is that I can often have a fullscreen application on one of my monitors that dislikes being minimized, so if a window is behind it or opens behind it this allows me to move the window across. I can also see it being useful as an accessibility feature.
