File properties window is too large when some non-English languages are used
For example, Thunar 4.16.10 (English) and Thunar 4.18.1 (English, German/Deutsch, Russian) : ![pw](/uploads/28f2c2647512d8c87546525ccb6e7821/pw.png) I tried clearing the `msgstr` strings, but it didn't work (only deleting the `thunar.mo` file). Also what about small redesign? Move "Set Foreground" and "Set Background" to the right side? Or maybe add a separate window for "Highlight"?
