Holding multimedia key launches assigned program multiple times

Description

Created attachment 7622 patch

If I press and hold calc key for example, calculator will launch several times until I release the button. I wrote a small patch that remembers pressed and not released key and prevents program from launching multiple times. It use XkbSetDetectableAutoRepeat function.
