4.14: Categories Science;Biology aren't displayed even though they are in the official specification

The application installs this .desktop file:

Despite Science being listed in the Main Categories list in the specification https://specifications.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/latest/apa.html and Biology is being listed in the Additional Categories list in the same spec, none of these categories appear in the "Applicaitons" menu and IGV is shown under Other.

Xfce4 should create categories from .desktop files in the menu when they are listed in the spec because if the user is into these topics he would like to see his apps under appropriate categories rather than under Other.
