Creating launchers from panel menu with relative symlinks fail

Description

Hi,

When the .desktop is a symlink, the drag'n'drop from the panel to Thunar/Xfdesktop4 fails:

% ls -al /usr/share/applications/libreoffice-base.desktop lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 44 Sep 11 02:18 /usr/share/applications/libreoffice-base.desktop -> ../../lib/libreoffice/share/xdg/base.desktop

After d'n'd:

% ls -al libreoffice-base.desktop lrwxrwxrwx 1 mrpouit mrpouit 44 Oct 27 00:15 libreoffice-base.desktop -> ../../lib/libreoffice/share/xdg/base.desktop

It's fine with absolute symlinks, but relative symlinks like in the file above don't work.
