Wrong placement of "Edit Launcher" dialog in Dual Monitor config

Hi,

I've seen a few issues about wrong placement of dialog boxes in dual/multi monitor configs. This is not my case: most dialog are correctly placed.

Unfortunately, EVERY time I right click on a panel launcher icon, click on "Properties", then on the "edit" icon, the "Edit Launcher" dialog box appears right in the middle of my 2 screens/monitors and I have to move it manually to be able to use it. And it does it everytime, if I move it, then close, then reopen it, it does not remember the new position. Other dialog boxes do not have this problem, someone must have hardcoded the placement for this one...
