Feature Request: Quick Shortcut Creation in XFCE

Hello!

I've noticed that creating a "Launcher" using the standard method, while flexible, isn't always quick. I propose adding an option, in addition to what currently exists, that allows for the following:

Through the graphical interface, users should not only be able to specify the path to the program they want to launch but also the path to the program that will be used to open it. Ideally, it would be great to have a list of available programs for this purpose, enabling users to quickly search for the desired name, similar to how one would search in the /bin folder.

This would make it much faster to set up launches for applications through tools like Wine, Flash Player, and others.
