`exo-desktop-item-edit` can't save Flatpak .desktop launcher file

exo-desktop-item-edit can't save the .desktop launcher file if you trying to edit and save a Flatpak app launcher

Version? Is there any terminal output?

exo-desktop-item-edit 4.18.0
I tried:

LANG=en_US.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=en_US LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 exo-desktop-item-edit /var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/applications/one.ablaze.floorp.desktop

There is no stdout
All i have is an error window on save

I have not tested it, but maybe adding a check for G_IO_ERROR_TOO_MANY_LINKS would do the trick.

Thanks for the hint! I might work on this issue on this weekend. I should check about how much symbolic link is too much, since it might be abused and/or cause malfunction.

I created an ad-hoc patch for this issue, check this brach. Part of it is a duplicate code of Thunar c7fa6320, which I will deal with later.

@flashwalker I verified it by installing flatpak and floorp(system). Now it complains about permissions but it seems to work fine. Does it work for you too?
