Make ExoIconView reduce a multiple selection to just the clicked item on a single
click. This makes the behaviour consistent with ExoTreeView and with GtkIconView.

- GtkStateType is deprecated since gtk 3.14, and we are using
  GTK_STATE_FLAG_* anyway

Dropping GTK2 support also means the following features are no longer part of the API: ExoCellRendererEllipsizedText, ExoIconBar, ExoToolbarsEditor, ExoToolbarsEditorDialog, ExoToolbarsModel, ExoToolbarsView, ExoWrapTable, ExoXsessionClient

The following patch fixes bugs 16075 and 16107, i.e.
"Icon view: excess clickable area of multiline filenames" and
"Multi-line filenames misaligned when text beside icons is on"
respectively. By relying on gtk_cell_renderer_get_aligned_area and
gtk_cell_renderer_get_padding it brings the box[..].width and
box[..].height values into correspondence with the real size of
drawn text.

The calculation of the position of the search popup now considers the position
and dimensions of the GdkMonitor on which the icon view is displayed. In addition
this fixes the behavior where every other search initiated via the Control+f
keybindung would not show the search popup.
