Since Recent shared-mime-info update lost right click context menu for Extract Here and Extract To on .bz2 files

Since Recent shared-mime-info update lost right click context menu for Extract Here and Extract To with .bz2 files. I am running Manjaro xfce, but this also occurs in Arch and EndeavourOS VM's. e.g. tar.bz2 files in mozilla archive.
