Layout hotkeys settings are reset after a phone call in Skype

Description

Layout hotkeys settings (which are set as Ctrl+Shift) are reset to default Alt+Shift every time I'm talking using Skype. Using skype as instant messenger doesn't give such behaviour - only calls. Other programs don't affect plugin's settings.
