Plugin "Keyboard Layouts" unexpectedly left the panel

Description

Just upgraded to 4.10 and when I try to add the "Keyboard Layouts" plugin to the panel this error is displayed. Also happens when I try to add "sensors plugin","network monitor","mail watcher".
