Understanding the text "Logout on close button desktop."

I'm having problems understanding how to translate this string:

Logout on close button desktop.

Does it be something like 'Log out by clicking the close button on the desktop.' ? Since it's a tooltip perhaps it would be better with a longer more clear description that is also easier to translate.
