[Feature Request] Custom panel icon size

It would be nice to have an option to set custom size for icon in panel.
Currently, while using 2 rows setup (deskbar/vertical), icon is too small.
We can change icon itself, but not size.
I even tried to change icon size using gtk.css, but it looks blurry.
