Edit applications icon missing

Hello! I noticed that the icons for the application editor (icons menu-editor or xfce4-menueditor) are not included. Are they included in some other program?

I'm on openSUSE Tumbleweed and have most of XFCE packages installed, but I don't see either of the two mentioned icons in my /usr/share/hicolor/ directory. That means that if I use an icon theme that doesn't provide them, then the icon is missing, as there is no fallback.

I did some searching and found that xfce4-menueditor was part of xfdesktop, but isn't anymore.
