Context menu keyboard button is based on mouse cursor location

When you right click on application names/icons it opens up a context menu for that application.
I noticed that if you try to access this context menu by using keyboard based context menu button, it opens up this context menu in the location where your mouse cursor is located on screen, which to me this is not desired.

Suggesting that if application name is highlighted by cursor and user hits CM keyboard key, that this opens up this context menu directly below this applications name, aligned with applications icon.

So if this is the item cursor is highlighting
[ ] Thunar

then the context menu shows directly below it when this key is pressed

[ ] Thunar
Thunar (this is the applications name header that grayed out)
Add To Favorites

Hide Application
