Can't add location

Archlinux Xfce 4.20 xfce4-weather-plugin 0.11.3

Steps to reproduce :

1. add the plugin to a panel.
2. add a location (local village, nearby town, big city even capital or GPS coordinates)
3. the location isn't set ergo no weather forecast.

To be honest weather plugin stop working after I set up ipv6. Actually I've got an hybrid local network with ipv4 and ipv6
