Weather plugin stopped scrolling - animation setting is on

    The weather plugin unexpectedly stopped scrolling, yet the animation switch is on. Is there a config file somewhere that can be deleted, which would fix this, once the plugin is removed then added back in?

    As a possibly related issue, Refresh was selected and the Properties item on the plugin menu became grayed out.

    This is on a Dell laptop. I've also noticed the following: With the laptop powered by an external source, whether it's the external battery, or the AC power supply, scrolling works. If the laptop is running off its internal battery, there is no scrolling. Is this the normal behavior of the plugin when on a laptop?
