Translation of moon phases (german translation)

Description

currently we have waxing half moon but in the plugin this is displayed as quarter (german traslation "viertel")

I know, this comes from met.no where the sequence is "New moon", "Waxing crescent" "First quarter", "Waxing gibbous", "Full moon", "Waning gibbous", "Third quarter", "Waning crescent", "New moon".

But without this context "quarter" and "three quarters" for "half moon" is a little strange.
