Screen gets greyed out, Nothing works other than Logout

Point of Failure: Every 30 minutes, I get Postpone or Lock popup.. I postpone 2 times and then click on Lock.

Each time during the Break, If I lock and then after unlock, all applications are greyed out. I am unable to access any windows.

limited Keystrokes will work like Alt+Tab to switch between windows, but none will get selected... as in, none of the windows are available to use or work.

I'm forced to uninstall this, due to this issue.
