Break time doesn't advance on a suspended system

When a break starts the only way to account for a break time is to leave the computer on, if the computer is suspended to take a break off the computer the timer does not take that time into accounting, i.e., the system doesn't consider a suspended computer as a break.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a break
  2. Suspend computer
  3. Resume computer

Resulting behavior: xfce4-time-out-plugin keeps counting where it left

Expected behavior: The timer is updated taking into account the time the system was suspended.
