Clock icon is showed even when disabled

Description

to replicate:

1. Proprieties>Appearance> uncheck "Display icon"
2. reboot or restart the plugin (command: dbus-send --print-reply --dest=org.xfce.Panel /org/xfce/Panel org.xfce.Panel.Terminate boolean:true) to restart all panel plugins works as well
3. the clock icon is shown even while disabled
