xfce4 panel plugin actions - make confirmation dialogue timeout configurable

Hi,

Using the Actions plugin results in a popup with a timeout of 30 seconds, which is a long time to wait. The confirmation dialogue can be turned off completely but that exposes the user to an accidental shutdown by a random click. The timeout is hardcoded here.

Can you make the timeout duration configurable?
