Recording Indicator and Echo-Cancellation in 0.4.5

Hi,

after an update to version 0.4.5 the recording indicator is shown when echo cancellation is set up in pulseaudio via module-echo-cancel. After unloading module-echo-cancel the indicator disappears. Issue #82 (closed) might be a workaround for this.
