set size of only main icon of plugin in panel with css properties

Now, when we try to resize icon of a plugins with a css property like gtk-icon-transfom(scale(...)) the property is applied to every icon of the plugins (including icons in the menu). Is not possible to reduce effect of that property ? 🤔
