Wrong placement if popup menu

When left-clicking on the volume icon, the volume setting menu appears. This menu is placed exactly on the mouse location, so that the bottom menu item is often clicked by accident.

The menu should apear above the task bar (or besides if it's a vertical bar), as all the other menus does.
