Description
After configuring xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin-0.4.1 as:
./configure --prefix=/usr --libdir=/usr/lib64 --enable-static=no or ./configure --prefix=/usr --libdir=/usr/lib64 --disable-static
I get this compilation error:
make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/system/xfce/xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin-0.4.1/panel-plugin' CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-debug.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-volume.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-button.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-config.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-plugin.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-dialog.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-menu.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-mpris.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-mpris-player.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-pulseaudio-notify.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-scalemenuitem.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-mprismenuitem.lo CC libpulseaudio_plugin_la-devicemenuitem.lo CCLD libpulseaudio-plugin.la /usr/bin/grep: /usr/lib64/libsndfile.la: No such file or directory /usr/bin/sed: can't read /usr/lib64/libsndfile.la: No such file or directory
Why does the plugin insist on creating the .la file?
