Xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin icon not in the right colour

Description

The pulseaudio-plugin icon is not using the right colour for the colour scheme I am using; because of this, it is almost invisible.

Is this something I can report here?

Using Linux Xubuntu-18-04 4.15.0-12-generic #13 (closed)-Ubuntu SMP Thu Mar 8 06:24:47 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux.

Plug in version 0.4.0. (which I can't select in the menu below this bug description)
