Feature request: keyboard shortcut to "recent files", and keyboard selection of a recent file

Description
whisker menu allows to open an application super fast:
- assign a keyboard shortcut to xfce4-popup-whiskermenu
- type a few letters of the application
I propose this is extended to allow for quickly opening recent files:
- assign a keyboard shortcut to xfce4-popup-recentfiles, that opens the places plugin, and selects the last item: recent files
- typing a few letters should allow to select one file, just like we can select a file in thunar. It need not be fuzzy search like in whisker menu (although that would be even cooler)
