Copy the behavior of thunars shortcut side pane by allowing display of emblems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce: Set thunar side pane to show emblems Actual Results:
No emblems seen in places plugin when activated in thunar

Expected Results:
Monitor thunar config change and react accordingly

Someone with admin privileges should extend the component list. I only see 5.
